The Website is published by 2RL Sàrl-S, within the meaning of the Luxembourg law of 8 June 2004 on freedom of expression in the media. Any enquiry relating to the content of this Website, or any request for the rectification or removal of content, may be addressed to contact@2rl.ai.
3. Hosting Provider
The Website is hosted on infrastructure located within the European Union / European Economic Area. The hosting provider is contractually bound to comply with applicable data-protection requirements, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and its Luxembourg implementation (amended law of 1 August 2018).

4. Applicable Legal Framework
This Legal Notice and the use of the Website are governed, in particular, by:
- The Luxembourg law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce, as amended (transposing Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce);
- The Luxembourg law of 8 June 2004 on freedom of expression in the media, as amended;
- The Luxembourg law of 18 April 2001 on copyright, related rights and databases, as amended;
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Luxembourg law of 1 August 2018 on the organisation of the National Commission for Data Protection;
- Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes;
- Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes, as transposed into Luxembourg law;
- The Luxembourg Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), where applicable.
5. Purpose of the Website
The Website is an informational platform presenting the activities, services, portfolio and expertise of 2RL Sàrl-S, a software and hardware development company specialised in engineering solutions accelerated by artificial intelligence. The Website does not constitute a binding offer to contract and does not provide any online commercial transaction or e-commerce function. Any contractual relationship is established separately, in writing and by mutual agreement between 2RL and its clients.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Website as a whole, as well as each of its elements (including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, logos, icons, source code, layouts, trade dress, databases and overall design), is the exclusive property of 2RL Sàrl-S or of its licensors, and is protected by Luxembourg, European Union and international intellectual property laws, including the Luxembourg law of 18 April 2001 on copyright, related rights and databases, as amended, as well as by applicable international treaties (in particular the Berne Convention).
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, modification, distribution or use, in whole or in part, of the Website or of its content, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of 2RL Sàrl-S. Any unauthorised use may constitute an act of counterfeiting (contrefaçon) and engage the civil and criminal liability of the infringer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, private and strictly personal use of content accessed on the Website is permitted, provided that it does not affect the rights of 2RL or of third parties.
7. Trademarks and Distinctive Signs
"2RL", "2RL.AI", the 2RL logo and all other distinctive signs displayed on the Website are trademarks, service marks or distinctive signs of 2RL Sàrl-S or of its licensors. Any use, reproduction or imitation of these signs, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and is liable to give rise to civil and criminal sanctions.
8. Protection of Personal Data

10. Availability and Evolution of the Website
2RL Sàrl-S endeavours to keep the Website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 2RL cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. 2RL may suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Website at any time, in particular for maintenance, updates, security or regulatory reasons, without any right to compensation for users.
2RL reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content, structure or presentation of the Website, as well as this Legal Notice. Users are therefore invited to consult this page regularly.
11. Limitation of Liability
2RL Sàrl-S takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate, complete and up to date. However, 2RL cannot guarantee that such information will at all times be free of errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Information published on the Website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal, technical, financial or commercial advice.
Within the limits permitted by the applicable law, 2RL Sàrl-S shall not be held liable for:

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits the liability of 2RL for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Luxembourg law.

The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. 2RL Sàrl-S has no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of them. The inclusion of any hyperlink does not imply any endorsement by 2RL of the linked website or of its operator.
Any creation of a hyperlink to the Website must be notified in advance to 2RL by email at contact@2rl.ai. 2RL reserves the right to request the removal of any hyperlink that it considers inappropriate, misleading or contrary to its interests.
13. Notice and Action — Reporting Illegal Content
In accordance with the Luxembourg law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce, as amended, any person who considers that content published on the Website is unlawful may notify 2RL by email at contact@2rl.ai, providing the following information:
- the precise URL at which the allegedly unlawful content is accessible;
- a detailed description of the content concerned and of the reasons for which it is considered unlawful;
- the identity and contact details of the notifier;
- a statement made in good faith that the information provided is accurate.
Upon receipt of a duly substantiated notification, 2RL will assess the situation and take any measures it deems appropriate, in accordance with applicable law.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any dispute relating to the use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions applicable to consumers under the law of the country of habitual residence of the user.
Subject to mandatory provisions of law, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, performance or termination of the relationship between the user and 2RL arising out of or in connection with the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
15. Alternative and Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
2RL Sàrl-S does not currently commit to participating in any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure before a designated ADR entity, without prejudice to any statutory obligation that may apply.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Legal Notice is held to be void, invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced, by operation of law or by agreement of the parties, by a valid provision of equivalent economic and legal effect.
